Profile:• Dynamic, organized, rigorous and independent
• Excellent presentation and well-developed rhetorical skills. Courteous & efficient telephone manner
• Must be proficient in writing, speaking and negotiating in local language, and business English.
• Minimum educational requirement will be diploma in the hotel industry or degree in relevant field
• Candidate should have a proven track record in sales in a similar industry with a minimum of 1 year of experience in hotel sales
• Experience managing websites and online advertising required
• You should have a high team spirit encourage harmony within the team and other department
• Exact, attention to detail, flexible, ready to learn, organized way of working
• Solid administration and analytical skills
• Highly motivated and committed, high degree of personal loyalty & integrity
Mission:
• Provide secretarial and administrative assistance to the Director of Sales Marketing and secondly provide back-up administration to the sales team. Set-up maintain effective filing systems, including daily traces to ensure all deadlines are met by the Director of Sales and Marketing. Minute taking of meetings whenever necessary
• Ability to sell room nights through direct client contact
• Apply sales tactical – according to the hotel philosophy and guidelines of the Director of Sales and Marketing/Starwood – that is responsible for developing new accounts, maintaining existing accounts, and implementing sales strategies. Develop and maintain relationship with key clients in order to produce business
• Elaborate reports to make regular and reporting to the Director of Sales of Marketing with regards to results of each section of the department
• Be strongly present on the market while maintaining a proper balance with the administrative tasks in the office
• Take responsibility
