Johnson Controls Tunisia, an international company operating in automotive industry, is looking for:
Manufacturing Engineers
Launch Engineers / Lauch Managers
Responsibilities:
As a member of the Program Simultaneous Development Team you are the responsible to:
• Drive the Plant Team for each functional area (Manufacturing engineering, production, Quality, Logictic…)
• Coordinate the identification of Launch Team and work with functional managers to identify training needs and create training plans
• Coach and motivate the team to encourage ownership and responsibility for the activities 
• Manage all process/product changes within the plant
• Lead the Process launch related activity with the plant and SDT team: Customer requirements, FMEA, Control plan, leading to reach the launch targets
• Create start-up plan, maintain timeline, manufacturing readiness and open issues list to ensure targets are achieved
• Collect and prepare launch costs
• Ensure that Launch start-up cost are performed within the budget
• Coordinate delivery of all pre-production parts (Prototypes, PV Build Pilot,..)
• Act as key Interface between CBU program management, Engineering, Purchasing (Supplier Definition) and other operations in order to ensure Product Readiness through Design for Assembly and manufacturing feasibility
• Meet all program launch targets

Qualifications:
• Engineer degree
• Professional knowledge in Manufacturing Operations
• French and English fluent (German is a high benefit)
• Strong communication, teamwork & leadership skills is a must

Job Experience:
• More than 5 years experience within an automotive (electronics) manufacturing environment
• At least 2 years experience in projects/program management
• Engineering Process experience in Automotive (Electronics)
